Channel Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist who will support and executes go to market strategies with channel partners in alignment with corporate initiatives for the document imaging line of business. This role develops positive working relationships with channel associates and cultivates plans that fuel sales enablement, engagement and communication strategies to drive revenue. You will also assist the sales team in the execution of channel marketing incentives to increase product sales within customer base and seeks to continuously improve and optimize channel marketing programs.


  • Assist with the development and execution of quarterly marketing programs and initiatives for Direct Market Resellers, e-tailers, Value Added Resellers and Distribution partners to increase revenue and market share
  • Develop written and rich media content to support direct marketing campaigns, sales enablement and sales engagement activities
  • Analyze effectiveness/ROI of marketing programs, incentives and activities
  • Actively engage in the field and support Account Management with channel partner and customer facing events
  • Identify new vehicles and programs to drive new partner acquisition and sales enablement
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis
  • Manage partner portal
  • Oversee relationships with outside vendors to execute the creation of marketing assets and incentive programs


  • Product merchandising through syndication tools
  • Manage multiple partner budgets on a monthly basis

EXPERIENCE: Requires 2 - 5 years’ experience within a corporate marketing environment. Must be very good at cultivating and maintaining relationships with people in various departments and across management levels. Requires excellent planning, time management and organization skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.


  • Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of MS Office/Suite with detailed knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate knowledge of Salesforce, desktop publishing applications and demand generation applications.
  • Skills: Attention to detail with an aptitude for technology, collaborative and solutions oriented, flexible and adaptable; excellent writing and verbal communications skills, must be comfortable presenting to small groups.
  • Abilities: Ability to work resourcefully in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, while adapting to changing priorities and conditions; ability to work on multiple marketing projects simultaneously, capable of taking on a leadership role in cross-functional groups while maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
