Marketing Operations Intern

Working as a part of the demand marketing team, the Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting the execution of projects and programs across the website, email, paid ads, and MarTech. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with an attention to detail and an interest in data and technology. The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager of Demand Generation to help manage day-to-day marketing projects and follow up with agencies and other tasks as needed.

This is a 10-month intern work assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer HubSpot and Salesforce activities including emails list load, data appending, marketing email creation
  • Support QA and Proofing as needed
  • Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM: Salesforce and HubSpot)
  • Use a variety of tools to monitor revenue, rankings, traffic, conversions, and competitors (main tools: Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo.)
  • Assist with any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned, mainly about Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a University, College, and/or Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles such as engagement vs conversion
  • Exposure to a CMS and/or Email Marketing Platforms is an asset
  • Experience with Marketing Technologies is a bonus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills-ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Interest in data and technology
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must have a passion for digital marketing or interest in Marketing Operations as a career
